Each time you press “Confirm payment” in the billing tab Social Lever will automatically create a monthly recurring order for that same plan on your account.
If you want to have your recurring order canceled, we require you to contact Social Lever customer support either through chat or email 48 hours prior to your upcoming payment.
If you fail to contact customer service you will be charged for the upcoming month and a refund will not be issued to you.
To find out when your upcoming payment is click on the “Billing” tab and “Upcoming Payment” with be shown on the screen (If you can’t see an upcoming payment then your recurring charge has already been canceled and is no longer active).
